But none of those was successful except for the cattle growing and also the buy and sell trading of banana., In Darong, the place is very fitted in growing coconuts, so the cooperative ventured into a business in making coconut wine known as Darlina Bahalina. Darlina Bahalina is a kind of coconut wine from a coco sap or tuba. Usually, it needs at least one year of the distillation process to make coconut wine. Also, we have started to produce vinegar like our product 1L Coco Vinegar and 500ml Coco Vinegar. The process of making coconut vinegar is similar to other fermented vinegar such as apple cider vinegar.
