NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance that:—
1. The Company has approved a reduction in the Company’s share capital.
2. The amount of the share capital reduction is HKD49,990,000, reducing the share
capital of the Company from HKD50,000,000 to HKD10,000 and the special resolution approving such reduction was passed on 15 May 2023 (the “Special Resolution”).
3. The Special Resolution and the related Solvency Statement are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Flat/Rm B 5/F Gaylord Commercial Building 114–118 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong
4. A member of the company who did not consent to or vote in favour of the Special Resolution or a creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after the date of the Special Resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the Special Resolution.
