    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:


    1. The Sole Shareholder of the Company has by passing a Special Resolution, approval a reduction of share capital of the Company
    (the “Special Resolution”)
    2. The Special Resolution was passed on 13 May 2022 to reduce the share capital of the Company from HK$535,000,001 to HK$6. The amount of share capital to be reduced is HK$534,999,995 being in excess of the requirements of the Company.
    3. The Special Resolution and the Solvency Statement (Form NSC17) are available  for inspection during business hours at  Unit 1102, 11/F, Tower 1, Lippo Centre,  89 Queensway, Hong Kong.
    4. Any creditor of the Company may, within  5 weeks after the date of the Special Resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 for cancellation of the Special Resolution.
