NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance that:—

1. The Company has approved a reduction of the share capital of the Company.
2. The paid-up share capital of the Company be reduced from EUR 952,959,360.51 comprising 10,000 ordinary shares fully paid to EUR 500,000 comprising 10,000 ordinary shares, and a special resolution approving such reduction of share capital was passed by written resolution of the sole shareholder on 9 August 2021 (the “Special Resolution”).
3. The Special Resolution and the solvency statement for the capital reduction are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at Room 1207, 12th Floor, Saxon Tower, 7 Cheung Shun Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
4. A member of the Company who did not consent to or vote in favour of the Special Resolution or a creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after the date of the Special Resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the Special Resolution.

1. 本公司已批准減少其股本。
2. 本公司的股本將由 EUR 952,959,360.51 包含 10,000 股已繳足之普通股份減至 EUR 500,000 包含 10,000 股已繳足之普通股份，而減少股本的特別決議已於 2021 年 8 月 9 日由本公司的唯一股東以書面決議形式批准通過（以下稱“該項特別決議”）。
3. 該項特別決議及與減少股本有關的償付能力陳述書可於本公司位於香港九龍荔枝角長順街 7 號西頓中心十二樓 1207 室的註冊辦事處查閱。
4. 沒有同意或沒有表決贊成該項特別決議的本公司成員或本公司債權人可在該項特別決議通過日期後的 5 個星期內，根據公司條例第 220 條向原訟法庭提出申請，要求撤銷該項特別決議。
