NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF BUSINESS

In pursuance of Sections 4 and 5 of the Transfer of Businesses (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance, Chapter 49 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

NOTICE is hereby given that Chan Pan Ho (陳彬浩) of Shop 101, 1/F, D2 Place TWO, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter called ‘the Transferor’) carrying on Retail business under the business name of Game at Home Company Limited (Digi Home) which principal place of business is situated at Shop 101, 1/F, D2 Place TWO, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter called ‘the said Business’) has agreed to transfer the said Business and the goodwill thereof to Wong Yi Lung (黃意龍) of Room 1601, 16/F, Kimberland Center, 55 Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter called ‘the Transferee’).

The Transferee will carry and is carrying on the said business under the business name of Game at Home Company Limited (Digi Home) on Trading business at the address of Shop 101, 1/F, D2 Place TWO, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong The Transfer will complete on 1st April 2023.

All debts liabilities and outgoings of the said Business incurred or contracted before 1st April 2023 will be paid by the Transferor absolutely. NOTICE is thereby given that at the expiration of one (1) month after the date of publication of this notice, the liability of the Transferee (if any) for all the debts and obligations arising out of the carrying on of the said Business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of the Transfer of Businesses (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance, Cap. 49 unless proceedings are instituted prior to such expiration.
