    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218(1) of the Companies Ordinance that:
    (a) The Company has approved the reduction of share capital of the Company and the cancellation of issued shares in the share capital of the Company by a special resolution of the Company passed on 15 May 2023 (the “Special Resolution”).
    (b) The amount of the share capital of the Company to be reduced is USD250,000,000 and the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company to be cancelled is 250,000,000.
    (c) The Special Resolution and solvency statement made by the sole director of the Company in relation to the aforesaid share capital reduction are available for inspection during business hours at the registered office of the Company at 25th Floor, Neich Tower, 128 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
    (d)  Any creditor of the Company may within 5 weeks after 15 May 2023 (being the date of the Special Resolution) apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the Special Resolution.
