NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance that:

1. the Company has approved, by special resolution duly passed by the shareholders of the Company on 13 December 2021 (“Special Resolution”), a reduction of the share capital of the Company from H K D 1 6 , 9 9 5 , 8 9 0 , 0 0 0 . 0 0  t o HKD12,795,890,000.00. The amount of share capital to be reduced is HKD4,200,000,000.00.
2. copies of the Special Resolution and the solvency statement made by all directors of the Company are available for inspection during office hours at the Company’s registered office at Office Unit No. 8 on 16th Floor, Office Tower Convention Plaza, No. 1 Harbour Road, Hong Kong.
3. any creditor of the Company may, at any time within five weeks after the date of the Special Resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) for cancellation of the Special Resolution.
