Pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the Transfer of Businesses (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance (Chapter 49 of the Laws of Hong Kong)

NOTICE is hereby given that JS CRESVALE SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong whose registered office is at Unit 1002, 10/F, Harbour East, 218 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong (the “Transferor”) carrying on, amongst others, the business of providing securities brokerage services to some of the securities customers (the “Business”), has agreed to transfer to FUBON SECURITIES (HONG KONG) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong whose registered office is at Unit 1002, 10/F, Harbour East, 218 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong (the “Transferee”), the Business and certain assets and liabilities in relation to the Business.

The transfer of the Business will take place on 20 March 2023 (or such other date as the Transferor and the Transferee may mutually agree) and the Transferee intends to carry on the Business under the name of FUBON SECURITIES (HONG KONG) LIMITED at Unit 1002, 10/F, Harbour East, 218 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of one (1) month after the date of the last publication of this notice, the liabilities of the Transferee (if any) for all the debts and obligations arising out of the carrying on of the Business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of the Transfer of Business (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance (Chapter 49 of the Laws of Hong Kong) unless proceedings are instituted prior to such expiration.
