    NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap 622) that:—
    1. TMF Accounting Services Limited (the “Company”) has approved, subject to the Company complying with other requirements as set out in Division 3 of Part 5 of the Companies Ordinance, a reduction of share capital.
    2. The amount of share capital to be reduced is HKD33,990,000.00 and the special resolution approving such reduction was passed on 4 November 2022.
    3. The said special resolution and the solvency statement in relation to such reduction are available for inspection during office hours at the Company’s registered office at 31/F., Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
    4. Any member of the Company who did not consent to or vote in favour of the said special resolution or a creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after  4 November 2022, apply to the Court of First Instance under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the said special resolution.
