    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:—
    1. The sole member of the Company have, by passing a special resolution, approved a reduction of share capital of the Company (“the Special Resolution”).
    2. The Special Resolution was passed on 13 November 2023 to reduce the share capital of the Company from HK$10,825,979.00 to HK$1.00, i.e. by HK$10,825,978.00.
    3. The Special Resolution and the Solvency Statement are available for inspection during business hours at the Company’s registered office at Suite A, 12/F, Ritz Plaza, 122 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
    4.
