    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance that:
    1. The Company has approved a reduction of the share capital of the Company.
    2. The amount of share capital to be reduced is HK$196,974,807.68 and a special resolution approving such reduction of share capital was passed by written resolution of the eligible member(s) on  5 June 2023 (the “Special Resolution”).
    3. The Special Resolution and the solvency statement for the capital reduction are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Room 9, 20/F., Global Gateway Tower, 63 Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
    4. A member of the Company who did not consent to or vote in favour of the Special Resolution or creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after the date of the Special Resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the Special Resolution.
