PUBLIC NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL
Pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622)

Notice is hereby given by the above-named Company pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in regard to the followings:—
(a) The Company on the 28th day of September 2023 passed a special resolution whereas its share capital was approved to be reduced by 700,000 ordinary shares and the amount of HK$7,000,000 respectively to the then revised share capital of 300,000 ordinary shares and the amount of HK$3,000,000 only;
(b) The said special resolution together with the Company’s solvency statement as made pursuant to Section 216(1) of the Companies Ordinance shall be available for public inspection at Room 605, 6/F.,  CC Wu Building, 302–8 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong; and
(c) A creditor of the Company may, within  5 weeks after the date of the special resolution, apply to the Court under Section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the special resolution.
