NOTICE is hereby given that Kant Judy and Hunt Ree Construction Engineering Limited carrying on business as a partnership under Kan Construction Co. with registered office at RM 02–3, 10/F, Yu Sung Boon Building, 107–111 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong (“Transferor”), and carrying on the business of general construction in Hong Kong, have agreed to transfer its business and assets in Hong Kong (“Business”) to Kan Construction (HK) Limited, a company incorporated with limited liability in Hong Kong whose registered office is at RM 02–3, 10/F, Yu Sung Boon Building, 107–111 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong (“Transferee”).
After the transfer of the Business, the Transferee intends to continue to carry on the Business at the same location.
The effective date of transfer of the Business will take place on 3 May 2022 (or such later date as the Transferor and Transferee may agree) subject to all conditions required for completion being satisfied or waived.
NOTICE is hereby given that upon the expiration of one (1) month after the date of the last publication of this Notice pursuant to the Transfer of Businesses (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance, the liability of the Transferee (if any) for all the debts and obligations arising out of and in relation to the carrying on of the Business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of the Transfer of Businesses (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance unless proceedings are instituted prior to the expiry of such one (1) month period.
